A simple process.

Already shared a photo with APIIS? If you're happy for us to use that image, you can skip the upload step.

  1. Upload your photo.

    Use the photo upload control in the form below. One clear, front-facing headshot is a good starting point.

  2. Send your enquiry.

    Add your name, country and email, then send the form. Selecting a photo alone does not submit it.

  3. Confirm the details.

    Courier will be arranged for it.

One clear photo.

Your photo guides your face with the generated image. A head-and-shoulders photo is enough to start.

A headshot does not show your height or build. You can share your height and a brief build description when confirming the details, if you wish. These guide the image; exact body proportions are not guaranteed.

  • Face the camera. Keep your whole face visible and in focus.
  • Use even lighting, with no strong shadows or sunglasses.
  • Use the original image. Avoid filters, heavy edits and screenshots.
  • Choose a photo of yourself that you have permission to share. No identity documents.
  • One JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB. A full-length photo is optional.
